An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedHi, Knowing that you complete a full backup every day is reassuring however reading through this post it seems that if for whatever reason there was a catastrophic loss you would only be able to restore the website from your previous days back up. Looking at this post: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/16759168-backup-restore-events it seems that we would lose all our event data including forthcoming events. The website is one thing, but for us to lose all the events data would be disastrous. Not having the ability to restore data ourselves isn't a great problem to me, so far your support team have proved to be very responsive and if entire site's have been lost I'm sure you would looking at restoring them as a priority. But can you offer some assurance that all the event data could be recovered if necessary? Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedHi Scott, have you found a way round this?
I contacted support and received the following response: "I'm afraid there is a known issue that is indeed causing the preheaders to show incorrectly, especially on Outlook. Our development team will resolve this issue in the future, be there is no ETA when this fix will be pushed out, sorry about that."
I have to say I'm not impressed by this. I'm also puzzled by the lack of additional comments on this. Are others just accepting it?An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedHi, you mean there is a pre header setting!! I just assumed this was an issue with WA's system and had decided to put up with the dreadful looking tracker heading. How do you set up pre headers?
An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedYes please, we have members deleting or ignoring our emails due to this. Some understand how these things work but for others when they see the top line as ...com/email tracker/emailtracker.ashx?emailCode=QymVG etc etc they just hit delete.

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them demonstrates how to send event attendance certificates as professionally looking PDF files.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2303-send-pdf-certificate-to-event-attendees
An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedIt seems like the integration with Integromat is no longer available. The page from your link states Module not Found. Is there any chance of this being set up from within WA? It does appear to have a lot of support from users.

Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.
An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedWe run regular meetings for the same group of members. They don't want to have to register each time, and I don't have the time to keep recreating the register list one by one.. A simple way to create an event and then import a group of members, perhaps by Groups or just copied from a previous event would be great and save a huge amount of time. They all get the reminder emails and we just sign them in as they arrive. Please add this to the roadmap, there is clearly demand. Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedPlease add this functionality, we often repeat events and people request to change their registration to a more convenient date for them. A straightforward way of processing this would be great to have.

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedHi, there doesn't seem to have been any news on this yet. Is there an update?

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael commentedIs there any realistic chance of this being offered as a feature? It's been asked for now for a decade and yet the only response from Admin so far seems to be - it's on the wish list we'll update this page when we answer changes. Please be honest, if it's not going to happen, at least we can begin to look for an alternative solution.

Please add this function, for our needs it only requires and simple text field. Being able to add notes for other admins involved in monitoring the event would be great.
