Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.

Walt, as I understand, you need the ability to turn off receiving emails for one address and keep this for the second one at the same time. Current solution assumes automatic sending to both email addresses.
And your point about email settings in profile totally makes sense, thanks.

Looks like a bug actually. If admin adds the new member manually, all predefined values are selected for internal use fields on the form. But, if member applies they don't.
We will try to fix this in future releases.Katya, Astra team

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedPlease add the following search capability: renewal date greater than some integer. Instead of forcing me to count the days on a calendar, let me ask for a renewal date that was more than N days ago. That will make it much easier for me to manually clean up the records that didn’t update automatically when the renewal policy actions didn’t happen, especially if I’m going to have to do it more than once.

Concurrent membership is not something easy to implement - it would require fundamental redesign of how membership works in WA. However, I have couple of thoughts here that I wanted to hear your feedback on.
As I understand, there are 2 sides of the problem:
1. Collecting additional dues for services. E.g. Member is associate and board member, so you need to collect both dues.
- This can be addressed using our extra fields functionality. Maybe it's a bit clunky, but it should work. E.g. setup associate member as primary membership and add extra charge checkbox for being a board member.
- You can easily filter down any members you need with advances search by that extra field.
2. Setting correct permissions on website pages - here there's no workaround we could suggest, but adding permissions based on saved searches seems to feasable option.

This is one of the out top priorities for this year. Unfortunately, I can't give you the exact date.
Also, could you share with us why you need this functionality, what is your own case? For example, do you need to send all emails to secondary email or not?
