Xero Intergration
Xero fast growing cloud based accounting package. The offer a great discount to non-profits and I found the transition form Quickbooks to be great. It would be great to build an integration to sync WA members to Xero contacts and also WA invoices to Xero invoices. I find both platforms productivity boosters. It would great if they could work together.

WA please reconsider your stance on integration with Xero. We use both but the extra work involved because of the lack of integration is seriously making us consider moving away from WA as our membership grows.

We would be keen. Xero is a 100% must have to even consider Wild Apricot.

Very critical integration in order to consider WA.

Is anyone still interested in Xero / Wild Apricot integration? I am looking into this for a client at the moment. If you are keen on this feature please email me at: calum [at] convergedesign.com.au

I fully support the need for integration with Xero. I've got two clients using WA, both using Xero. I'm looking at moving two others, but the lack of integration is actually holding me back on this decision. Double handling of membership invoicing is costly, inefficient and unnecessary in this day and age.

Having moved several clients onto both Xero and WA over the past couple of years, I have to say that lack of integration is enough of a pain to make me think twice about moving across to WA in future.

Want it, need it! I really hate having to manually import invoices for tax purposes or mess around with csv headings..

Hello,
1. Ability to map chart of accounts to key accounts between Xero and WA
2. Sync key contact information
3. Invoice generation (memberships, events, shop) -

I have a client on Xero & Quickbooks - an integration with either or ideally both of these would be so great!!!

Sam, we have no special integration with Xero so far. This request has been filed some time ago, I merged your comment into it. So far, we have no specific plan to make it happen.

Hi This system looks just like what we are looking for but a big deciding question is does it integrate with xero accounting?

Hi, @Pamela!
Any activity here will be after integrating with QuickBooks Online first, but at the moment we have no progress planned for both.

Hi, We're based in New Zealand where Xero has become the financial package. We use it and are looking to use WA for our Membership Org. Ideally, WA would integrate smoothly with Xero for Invoicing, payments, etc...
Is this likely soon?Thanks

Hi, Calum!
In the feature you mentioned we cover more scenarios, like proper accounting for different events. However, it's still a general spreadsheet that you need to manually import to Xero. I'm not sure if export improvements will help you here - need to check your problems in more details

We would love to Xero integration as well. Will the financial reporting / exporting features that WA is currently working on (see wishlist under work in progress) make it easier to do an export / import into Xero?

As a WA Partner I've now had several of our clients ask about Xero integration.
Xero has become very popular on our part of the world and I use Xero for my own business accounts.
For most enquiries the main consideration seems to be to simply be able to transfer data into the Xero accounting system to generate invoices and reconcile payments. -
@Robert, If you want to integrate with Zipbooks, it's better start a new thread, so that other users could find and vote for it.
And you are right about using CSV export as starting method of transferring data from WA.Oleg, Product designer @ Payments team

We are now using bookkeeping services from Zipbooks.
Wondering is there any way to integrate with WA. Thinking about downloading CSV file then importing it. But will it work? I am confused. -

As an organisation, we would love to see an integration of Wild Apricot with Xero to remove hassle and expense of having to export to Quickbooks

Jon, thanks for reaching us out.
Currently, we don't support Xero, neither we have any exact plans on this.
As a workaround I can suggest export/import of contacts and invoices using CSV format as described in Xero articles here: https://help.xero.com/ImportExport and our help here: https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Invoices#Invoices-ExportinginvoicesHope this helps
