Be able to followup on email recipients that did not open or click
My wishlist item:
The result I want is a segmented recipient list that allows me to, for example, send a follow-up message to those who clicked on a certain link or those who didn't open the email the first time.
Right now, I can download the saved list from members/contacts then manually mark opens and clicks as I find them in the email log. I can't download the recipient list from the email log including opens & clicks, though. That would make this easier. Even better would be the ability to segment the list from within the email log where I can see opens & clicks. I'm not attached to downloading, but I do want to be able to play with the data.

Thanks for the feedback, Treat. I was surprised myself that we do not have advanced search criteria to perform a search on contacts based on email tracking options. I have updated the title of the suggestion to better reflect the idea.
Enhance email reporting so that lists can be generated showing which contacts have opened an email, which have clicked through.
Or, instead, would you prefer to have special advanced search criteria to find contacts/members which clicked on a link in specific email?

Hello HAS this capability been addressed in current version ?
First 4 options are all about advanced search - you go to the contact list, initiate advanced search, select conditions I mentioned and defines specific email sent, then do the search and then export or initiate new email.
Another option is when you're in specific email blast detail screen and you see a list of recipients (some of them are failed, some clicked links), there are links somewhere in the screen and when you clilck on them, you get to the filtered contact list. There can be several such links and they are just for a quick search of some predefined conditions.
Your first set of 4 new search criteria would be very helpful. I don't really understand your other option.

The options you mentoned would be great! Especially if we can download/export the list of those who meet the criteria. In our case, we have several invalid emails in the system and would like to fix these. Having the list of those not opened will be used as a means of helping us spread out the work of contacting the members to get updates to our database. With a large group like ours, it is extremely difficult to work without being able to export the list.
But I would also like to hear comments from others as this looks as a very useful scenario - to be able to make follow up actions (email, export) based on result of email (link clicked or not, email opened or not, etc.)
My current option in mind is to add new criteria into advanced search of contacts - like these:
1) Recipients of specific email that CLICKED or DID NOT CLICK on specific link
2) Recipients of specific email that DID NOT CLICK ON ANY LINK
3) Recipients of specific email that OPENED or DID NOT OPEN specific email
4) Recipients of specific email that OPENED BUT DID NOT CLICK ANY LINK
Combination of these conditions would allow you to get a list of contacts based on various or rules and then you can send follow up emails, make an export, etc.
Also, another option could be to have a quick links right in the email details so you can click and get into contact list that is filtered on some predefined conditions .
It would be great to be able to pull the data on who click a certain link in an email (as opposed to what links one person clicked in the email).
We would use this tracking as a way to track acknowledgements for members to say they have read and agreed to our club rules.
