An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment GEM commentedHi,
1. Any further thought on this - writing a routine to tell me which documents in the database are not actully in use on the site? Our database is filling up and I have no idea of an efficient methodology to purge it.
Some of the documents and pictures are no longer being used, but I have no way to tell which I can safely delete.
OR
2. Can anyone tell me how they do it with their sites?
Thanks.

An error occurred while saving the comment GEM commentedYour first set of 4 new search criteria would be very helpful. I don't really understand your other option.

An error occurred while saving the comment GEM commentedFix “New Comment” and “Reply” in the Discussion Forum.
New Comment is a big prominent button. Reply is a small link.
There is no explanation that if you choose Reply, the original comment will be repeated and your comment placed underneath it but if you choose New Comment, the original item will not be repeated, just your comment will show. That is not at all intuitive.
Please adopt the design of the forum I am using now; it is much better.
1. The 2 choices are side by side.
2. They are the same size and prominence.
3. And one is named “Quote”, which gives the writer a clue that the original matter will be repeated before his answer

An error occurred while saving the comment GEM commentedWe would also like to change the date on the renewal button. Actually we'd like to get rid of the words altogether. We have people who renew "late", sometimes many months late. We are pleased to have them back, and do not want to insist that we collect membership dues for the period they were away. However, the system assumes that a renewal is effective on the expiry of the previous period. Since we can't change that logic, we could at least change the wording on the screen so that we can say that they will be renewed from the date they pay, not the day the pervious period expired.
Hi,
Is this something that could be written by an external consultant? Someone like one of your "partners"? Is it possible that it could be something that we, as users, could pay for?
Any ideas or suggestions you have along that line would be interesting....
