After-Event Materials Link for Presentation Documents

It would be great if there was a logical place to add a copy of the presentation and any other event documents after the event is over so that members can download them (especially for those members who couldn't attend the meeting). Is there anyway to do this?

        I also create a page specifically for this. Since there is a work-around, or this is an easy solution, I would say it could be low on the priority list.

        We do this manually within our members only area. But would prefer if it was automatic. We do event recaps, pictures, materials, etc.

        Right now I currently have event presenters simply email me Powerpoints and Word docs they used in their presentations.  Then I create a static html page listing all of the sessions and workshops during the event by session # and then list the related document downloads.

        Would I would really like to see is a photo gallery where users could upload their photos from a specific event.  I believe some photo-sharing websites allow this, and Facebook certainly does for their event invitations, but post-event photo galleries would be a really nice way for people to share their experiences.

        We just set up a members only page with the presentations and papers from the event. I don't see any special mechanism needed. I think all that one needs to do is set up a special page and insert any documents they want to share.

        There is currently no special way for this. I have seen people add special pages for each event to keep materials, pictures etc.

        I would appreciate comments from everyone - what would be an ideal way to do this?
