Do NOT Auto-Void Invoices!
Please Do NOT automatically void invoices for LAPSED members! This change in the Member Level settings for overdue invoices is highly problematic for our HOA, where past due invoices that remain unpaid are still due, even though membership privileges are suspended. It would be fine if voiding the outstanding invoices were optional in the member level settings. Membership in most HOAs is not optional--automatically voiding invoices is very confusing for members and very cumbersome for administrators.
