Stalled Personify Payments Verification Since Dec 19 – Need Escalation Assistance
Hello Wild Apricot Team and Community,
We are seeking assistance with a stalled Personify Payments verification process for the IRA.
Timeline
Dec 19, 2025: Submitted Personify Payments application and uploaded all required documents, including a government‑issued ID for our designated verifier.
Since then, we have repeatedly been asked for the same documents, even though the system provides no option to resubmit them.
Jan 23, 2026: Received another request for the same ID and a utility bill, which we provided.
Today: The application continues to sit without progress, and responses from support have been very slow unless we repeatedly follow up.
Impact
As an all-volunteer nonprofit supporting the U.S. Army BD community, these delays prevent us from connecting our bank account to Wild Apricot and collecting necessary membership dues for upcoming events.
Request
We are requesting escalation to Tier 2 Payments Support or a Verification Specialist who can:
Confirm receipt of our previously submitted documentation
Clarify any remaining requirements
Help move this verification process forward
