Remove or clarify duplicate “Membership approved” messages for internal use
Currently, when a membership is approved in stages, the Internal Use section for the member shows duplicate “Membership approved” messages with different dates:
Eligibility approval – the first approval confirms the applicant meets membership requirements before an invoice is sent or payment is received.
Membership confirmation – the second approval confirms the person is now an active member after payment is received.
This can be confusing for staff tracking membership status. It would be helpful if Wild Apricot either:
Only shows the final approval after payment, or
Clearly distinguishes the first eligibility approval from the final membership confirmation, for example by labeling them differently.
This change would reduce confusion and make it easier for staff to manage memberships accurately.
