Shipping costs tend to vary by weight / cubes. I should like to see the ability to adjust shipping costs by item count. I.e. 1-5 items ship @ $5.00 / 6-10 items ship @ $7.00 / 11+ ship @ $12.00 with a unique range set for each item type by invoice. So if a customer orders 10 tee shirts to the same address they don't pay $5.00 each for shipping, but pay $7.00.

Much of our shipping costs can be handled as a percentage of the item's price, e.g., 20% of price is delivery charge. Need an option to calculate the delivery fee by percentage of product's price.

Yeah we need the ability to attach shipping prices to specific items. Relying on customers to pick the correct shipping option is no good. 9 times out of 10 they pick the free shipping option even though the product description clearly states that you need to pick the correct shipping for this item...
