Include Automatic Export Emails in the Email Log for Administrator Review
When an export is done by an administrator, an email is sent only to the administrator who performed the export; however, that automatic email is not in the email log for the account owner to check administrator activity, which needs to be done for an organization's security to make certain administrators are not misusing their privileges. For example, an organization's membership list is the property of that organization and the member information in that list is entrusted to the organization by the members. If an administrator exports that list to then use for his/her personal business, that is a misuse of privileges and should be something the account holder can check if a member questions whether their information has been shared. Checking the email log to see if any administrators exported the membership list would help the organization investigate further. This is the same for financial administrators who can export financial reports, or event administrators who can export event attendee personal information.
