Advanced Searches, Search by Month
My organization needs to run a monthly report of our Members Birthdays and Anniversaries. We would like to be able to create an advanced/saved search with the criteria option to search by each month and exclude the year. For instance, If I want to search for everyone who has birthdays in May at this time it only lets me search for May of 2020 (but that implies our members were born this year) we would like to just be able to search for all Birthdays in May. This is something we do every month and adding this feature would make this process much easier for us.

Our organization uses the following work-around to accomplish this: we added member database fields for “Birthday Month” and “Birthday Day”; both fields are populated via a drop down list. We do not have date of birth as a profile field. We have saved searches that correspond to each month.
