Why is your web site sooooo slooooow
It often does not respond at all
It often just goes to sleep
How about you fix the performance issues

Hello, I've been using Wild Apricot for the last year, and the performance issues are really making it hard to complete work. What should be a 5 minute task, becomes a 30-45 minute task. From being able to search, filter and report on members, update member statuses, or simply send an email. It is regularly timing out, and I have to refresh the screen more than a few times for every simple task. I see that this was an issue marked resolved back in 2017, I'd like to raise it again. Perhaps running more frequent indexing could help? Or someone from AWS has some suggestions for the backend servers. Not sure we can keep with this database long-term at the current rate of performance TBH.

I am running into the same issue. I am trying to send a simple email to our group, but it takes forever for the design pages to load. I am wasting a lot of time waiting

After significant improvement a couple of years ago, the administrative backend has slowed down significantly. Please do something to speed it up.
