Option to receive Store Orders ONLY if payment is completed

We have limited our Store Orders payment method setting to online-only, but would also like to automate Orders in a way where they can only be placed if payment is received in full.

    Yes! This needs to be added ASAP. Not having this makes the store feature worthless.
