no repeated messages on phone hold
I am on hold for support right now, and while I don't mind at all holding to receive help, I would prefer to hear recorded messages only once so that it is easier for me to do other tasks while I'm waiting. The repeated recorded messages make it hard for me to concentrate in a way that hold music does not. Thanks!

Deborah, we're sorry but we need to repeat that message so that callers know they are still in the queue, and to remind them of their options
