event announcements
The ability to schedule event announcements to those not registered AFTER event registration has started would be helpful. I'd like the ability to remind people to register for an event.

Not sure that I've got the request. Could you elaborate on it?
You can not send event announcement when the event started itself – after Events start date.
And you can send it after the registration has started. Usually, the registration process begins before the event.
