Administrators activity log
Full activity log of all commands and administrator does. Run reports, make changes to a user or system setting, everything so another administrator can audit what other administrators are doing.

 commentedAll entries made in our site on Wild Apricot should have the person's info making the change or creation attached to it. Our club administrators need to know who is creating events and etc. This is available as the access person creating or changing is already signed in and their information is there. Audit trails are necessary.

 commentedWe had an issue recently where one admin set up a poll and sent out an automated email with a mistake in it. As one of the other admins, I'd like to be able to see who set up the poll so I can fix the mistake quickly.

      Stephen Garrett commented We are desperate for this functionality. We are having event data disappear and have no idea what or who is doing this. If it is a person doing this through ignorance or maliciousness, we would like to know who. If it is not a person, then it could be a bug somewhere. This info would sure help a ton. Please consider adding this log somewhere.

      Diane Comstock commented We also have multiple event admins each responsible for creating multiple events for groups. I, as the full admin, am often told that a particular event has not been set up properly. It would be very helpful to know who made the last change and what it was.

 commentedIn an organization with a lot of admins, it is helpful for admins to be able to see who posted and who changed an event listing. Please record this automatically and show it on the Event details view. For extra credit, provide a checkbox so the admin editing the event can make theirself the event organizer without having to go to the Emails view.

 commentedPlease add a log of who has made changes to events/emails - things other than just financial. The finance section has an audit log - a log of who has made which changes - it would be great to see who has made changes to announcements, emails, reminders, etc.

 The site being designed to have a number of 'Chairs', 'Managers' etc it would be nice to know who to ask when something is changed.
 We pulled back the maintenance to fewer people, but even with a limited number of people we still don't know who touches what.

 commentedOur client is a large gun club with concerns about who has access to the membership information, forums, events, basically anything, etc. Is there a way to run an audit trail report for who accessed what, when, how, and from where? e.g. User, IP, MAC, unsuccessful attempts, etc. Basically a firewall report that includes internal access by WA staff.
