Since the option for guest registrations can be set to all mandatory fields, this should include the email field or at least allow us to mark the field as mandatory. This causes great confusion when a "member" is added as a guest without their email. When a second announcement is sent, the "guest member" receives it, thinks that they are not registered and registers them shelves resulting in two registrations for the same person.

I need this - as we have several admins that make changes and I have no idea who made the change

We also have multiple event admins each responsible for creating multiple events for groups. I, as the full admin, am often told that a particular event has not been set up properly. It would be very helpful to know who made the last change and what it was.
Can you add a group - with the your name and then on the page add the group to the access level
