fix paypal to WA issues
We no longer will be running the PayPal reoccurring payment method. WA offered no support for co-ordination problems here and chose to deflect the problem to Paypal.

We fix when we know issues are on our side. But there is nothing we can do if they are on PayPal side.
Very soon (beginning of March), we will be introducing our own Payment Processor and I recommend switching to it – Wild Apricot will be covering all the issues.
