membership card that is only available after renewal is complete
For membership cards would like to have a current card and a renewal card that is only available after renewal is complete.
We put information (lock/gate access codes) on the card. The code changes each year and we do not want to allow access to the new code to someone that has not renewed.
With the new membership cards we would have to wait until we close renewals and archived individuals who have not renewed before editing the card with new information.

This is already an option. I have the code set to display the gate code if they neat the requirements such as active and they have attended orientation

I agree with the concept of membership card being available only after renewal is completed. However, the practice of putting a lock/gate access code on a membership card is like printing an account password on a card. Not very secure. Just saying.
