An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedMove to a pay as you go process, and you will never have outstanding invoices. The only outstanding invoice you should have is for membership, and if they don't pay for that, then automatically archive them.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedWhy would you have aging receivables in the first place. Convert to pay as you go, and there will be no aging anything.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedI agree. There are many events that members should be aware of, but for which we are not accepting registrations. This should be a given.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedI agree with the concept of membership card being available only after renewal is completed. However, the practice of putting a lock/gate access code on a membership card is like printing an account password on a card. Not very secure. Just saying.

The thread was divided into two, managing guest registrations in admin app and registering guests in the member app.
The latter is in progress, you can find the update here: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/48343238
Q-Admin supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedNow that the mobile members app is available, this app should be modified to permit members to do this. Also, the admin mobile app should have the same ability.
An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedMembers should be able to modify their registration or delete their registration, both on the website and on the member app.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedA simple email blast from the administrator will resolve this. There is no way that email blasts should occur any time a change occurs. Admins frequently move items around or change formatting. Members should not be notified of these. Frequently, graphics are changed. Again, members should not be notified of these. When a new page is added or a significant change occurs, then the admin should send out an email blast to the members. This is common sense. WA needs to concentrate on more pressing issues.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedAbsolutely NOT, unless this feature is disabled by default and requires admin activation. We would not use this feature in our organization. Emails are strictly for notification of events to our members. It is not social media. However, we would like a text messaging forum for our members.

We started working on providing members ability to stop their own membership. Stay tuned for updates!
Q-Admin supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedI agree with this. Members should be allowed to cancel at any time without admins having to do extra work.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedOur members get 5 email notices before their membership is cancelled. How much more do they need? If they have a problem paying, they need to contact the organization. Otherwise, they get archived. This is life folks.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedYes, a conversation style text messaging forum would be great, especially on the new members mobile app.

An error occurred while saving the comment Q-Admin commentedBoth mobile app and website should allow a person to unregister from an event. This inability is a pain for our members and our administrators. Also, members should be allowed to change the number attending.

Convert to Stripe for payments, and you should not have any technical problems. Also, Paypal charges you a lot if a customer does a charge back. This is very simple to implement. An 'Invoice Me' box is addressing a symptom, not the problem.
