Pivacy Policy / Terms of Use
Since a Privacy & Terms of Use Policies are required on websites, it would be great for WA to provide a basic template for those who create a website via your software, to have one provided for them. This way they don't have to go looking around, or hiring someone to create one.

Wild Apricot cannot provide any template for such documents as Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. You should seek independent legal advice concerning your specific organization’s commitments.

Seriously, Wild Apricot? You COULD provide basic template with appropriate disclaimer that user should consult legal advisor prior to using on live site.
