Do not allow one member to register another member on event
Current behavior:
It is possible for one member to register another member on the registration form by entering their email address.
Desired behavior:
Do not allow one member to register another member during registration on event.

This may well be a deal breaker for us. It seems insane that members can sign other members up (i.e. commit them to attending -- even if in our case it is zero-cost) for events without the other member having a say!

We have multiple club members that share a single email address. So one Club member registers themselves and their spouse/partner who is also a Club member.
