More gradually tiered Wild Apricot pricing
Sorry to be so crude as to bring this up, but as we expand our reach a bit, we're coming dangrously close to the 1,999-contact limit in our non-archived records. Resurrecting a generation of Former Members and plans to add relevant organizations could easily put us a few contacts over. These would almost double our WA cost (which would be prohibitive, sorry), as the next level is 2,000-5,000. Maybe you could make that a much more segmented sliding scale?
We realize any organization needs to cull our list from time to time, and we do. But WA has enabled us to outreach more efficiently. This arbitrary limit works exactly counter to that advantage, and I fear that just to pare down below 2,000 we'll have to cut away some meat.

I agree. Having such an arbitrary number causes bad behavior. Users keep working to stay under the limit which creates exra work and diminishes the members' experience. Look around.... very few company have such prohibitive leaps. There is a reason for that, It is basic business - put in punitive reward/cost parameters and you cause people to try to "beat" the system.

Randall, I understand your point, but we have no plans as of now to change our pricing model.
