Even if someone is archived and has an open balance, when doing an invoice search under finances, the invoice should show up.

advance search to isolate contacts from members
Advanced search that isolates contacts that are not members. This does not seem possible.
1 voteThere is the ‘Contact properties’ criteria under Contacts / Advanced search. Use ‘Contact properties – None of selected – Member, Archived’ and get all contacts who are not members.

So you have changed emails and now my email templates no longer look the way I have been sending them out. Colours have changed without me changing them and logo has moved.

give back the last email templates
go back to the last email templates. I don't know what you guys did, but I cannot get through trying to type an email when it freezes up and looks like it refreshing, then I lose everything I have done.
I have been trying for over an hour to type a simple email, but cant get through the basic set up of the page without losing everything. Did you test this before putting it on the site???Can we get the old email templates back and get rid of this no functional mess that is on our site now????

Administrator payment streamline
Shamir was wonderful but tells me that you have not prioritized allowing Administrators to add multiple items to an invoice and pay with one transaction. PLEASE push up that feature in the development queue!!!

Automatic saving of file uploads
Currently when a member is updating their profile to add a file upload, they must still click Save Profile button before the files are added. Some people just upload the file thinking the update has been made to the profile. Since the Save profile buttons could be off screen they just move on with life and their uploads don't get uploaded.
Is it possible to change the file upload UI so when uploads are made, Save Profile buttons do NOT need to be pressed? Or there is a warning that is presented on an edited profile if they navigate off…

It should be easier to upload content to Facebook. If there is a way to do this that I am unaware of, there should be information on how to do it. I write a newsletter that gets sent out to certain people. I'd like for everyone in BrownGirl, RDH Facebook community to be able to view it.

I would like to be be able to present a webinar to my membership or musical videos.
In studying membership websites, there seems to be a general consensus about deliverables to make your membership group more appealing.
Wild Apricot could offer as add-ons , the capability of having the administrator give a webinar or post a video presentation. If this idea is not feasible, then provide some ideas about adding outside resources to the website that would provide those capabilities.2 votesThis is not something we have in our plans, but as Dmitry suggested you can take a look at Vimeo service, for example.

Separate tag list for past events in event calendar gadget
Would like to display past events independent of upcoming events. The ideal solution would be to have a separate Past Events gadget similar to the Upcoming Events gadget. An alternative would be to modify the Events Calendar gadget so that the upcoming events and past events sections use separate tag lists.
