An error occurred while saving the comment I run events regularly for my organization and would like to implement something to collect participants' feedback after an event. Something automated would be ideal that we create in advance. It would be great to automatically collect testimonials and survey event participants regarding their feedback.

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.
The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:
- A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
- Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
- Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
- Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
- A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.
We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here…
An error occurred while saving the comment I don't want my event managers to view finances and have anything to do with invoices. My website is set up so that all payments are made online in order for someone to register for an event and become a member. My event managers don't need to deal with any finances.
I only want my event manager adding new events, modifying/duplicating existing ones, adding/modifying/canceling registrants, managing waitlists, and emailing members or event registrants (creating their own customized event emails, announcements etc). The finances side should have the option of hiding details from the event manager admins.
YES PLEASE!! Cancellations are too confusing to members who barely event take the time to explore their profiles.
