We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to send birthday emails.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2274-happy-birthday-to-wild-apricot-members
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI need to know who in my membership has a birthday next month (regardless of year they were born) to add to our newsletter. Please make this happen! Current birthday searches allow for current and previous months (not next month) and are year dependent. Please update! Searching for a specific date in history for a birthday is next to useless. We need a report to query month and day only.

There is the integration available with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows.
We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows you to copy Wild Apricot events into google calendar. So you can share this google calendar and your members can subscribe to it.

Merged together several closely related by meaning ideas – so we can properly resolve them all together, in different live scenarios

Definitely this! Our club has many events that include a pre-registration period where we gather additional details - including shirt orders ahead of time - that we then cutoff a few weeks prior to allow for processing. People can still register for the event up until the day of, but can no longer order materials, and I want to hide those specific registration fields. To support this currently, I must create two separate events - which is honestly confusing to our customers. So, I manually hide or make visible the appropriate one based on which time period we are in. We need the ability to limit registration fields based on the registration type to avoid this extremely manual and highly confusing workaround!
