Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.
An error occurred while saving the comment Karen Gottlieb commentedIt would be great to be able to import an attendee list for an event that happened outside of Wild Apricot (like a virtual event hosted through Zoom) so that the member's record would show they attended. Currently, you have to create a dummy event then manually add each person, one at a time. WAY too time consuming...

YES. For example, our attendees register for an annual meeting and some bring spouses. Then they can add on optional tours. Currently, this has to be set up as a field on the form, but the tours have max. limits and sell out when we hit those numbers...we have to watch this like a hawk AND once we sell out, there is no way to turn off or hide this option on the form, so attendees can keep booking it. This results in a lot of manual refunds, people being upset ("it said I was confirmed and I paid!") and hits to our bottom line on merchant processing fees.
Take a look at RegFox - they have a much better registration form with this kind of flexibility built in. We have been using their form for these types of events, but then we don't have a record of anything in WA - financial, attendance or otherwise - and we really shouldn't have to be using 2 systems to do this.
