Tracking attendance using card swipe system
We are considering using WA to support our group, however we really need to account for attendance using a card swipe system. I am disappointed that this functionality is not currently available, and worse yet, does not even seem to be on the priority list. Seems pretty simple.

Idea with card swiping has not been raised yet, so I'll keep this thread for this specific moment. Basic tracking functionality will be considered in the mentioned above thread.
Re volunteers hours - we prefer having wishlist threads focus on specific problem only and do not fix multiple things together. Volunteers hours are being discussed in another thread already - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826022-ability-to-track-volunteer-hours-10555 - feel free to add your comment there. Especially with some details like how you think it should work and how you process these hours now in your organization. Such details help us a lot when we analysis and design a system change.

Same here! I couldn't agree more! We are a recreation association and really need for members to swipe in and for the system to verify membership or pull up their picture on the account so that the manager can ensure they are a current paid member and not using someone elses card.
Also, we need to be able to track volunteer hours. These seem so basic. This system is good on the surface, but clunky and does not have great functionality to access the power of the membership database.
