hst
For Canada - Add the ability to show hst on invoices and receipts. Right now the invoices only show the base amount without the taxes. We get so many payments that do not include the canadian hst and it causes us alot of extra work to go and ask for the tax payment. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS.
