Batch password reset email
Our organization has 60 members and just started with Wild Apricot. All 60 members need passwords. There should be a way to send individualized temp passwords to all the members, without having to send 60 separate emails. Thanks!

Hi,
Wild Apricot allows you to send batch password reset emails to all members at once, which is perfect for your 60-member setup. Here’s how:
Go to the Members List: Navigate to Contacts → Members in your dashboard.
Select All Members: Use checkboxes to select all members.
Send Password Reset: Click Actions → Send Password Reset Email. Each member will receive an individual temporary password automatically.
Optional Customization: You can edit the email template to include instructions or welcome notes.
Tip: Ensure all member email addresses are correct to avoid delivery issues. For more tools and guidance on managing member communications efficiently, visit https://ahbonus-kaart.nl/— it’s a great resource for official and reliable tools.

Considering important details can be saved in user profiles, I would suggest not sending out canned temp passwords... We have 1600 members and just started with WA, our membership committee sent out a blast instructing users to click "forgot password" and set their own credential.

As a workaround, you can create an admin-only contact/member field to temporarily hold the password. In your import, use Excel to generate a random string, or use something like their phone number as the initial password. Copy this into the Password column as well as the temporary column you created and import the records. In an email blast, you can then insert the password using the temporary filed you created, and then delete the field afterward.
