Custom email preview text
Custom email preview text. The email preview in notifications and inboxes under the heading is customizable in other email marketing services. In Wild Apricot, it just selects the first lines of text out of the email. Being able to select this text manually would make for more personable and function emailing.

I ran into the same snag, especially for campaigns where the vibe of the first line didn’t match what I wanted people to see in their inbox. Being able to set the preview text would make a huge difference. I’ve had to do this kind of thing for projects tied to https://jnsq.agency , and having control over that little snippet really helped shape engagement. WildApricot adding it would be a win.

Jumping in on this older post because I’ve run into the same need lately. Custom preview text makes a big difference for open rates, so I’m curious if anyone has found a workaround in WildApricot, maybe with HTML comments or spacing tricks.
