Membership check-in system to track members visits
An easy way to check-in (and track) paid members, daily. Ideally, this functionality can be assigned to a restricted user (e.g. staff member you do not want to give admin access to). I would also like to pull check-in reports by date range or member. Information collected at check-in: Member's name, number, membership level, # of member attendees, # of guests. Thank you!

I would suggest taking this one step further: automatic check-in using GPS on a mobile device, which pretty much any phone, iPad, tablet has these days, and most apps incorporate. There are far fewer people using laptops--and almost nobody still uses desktops--these days vs. mobile devices compared to even a year ago. True, COVID has increased the use of laptops and Chromebooks for Zoom meetings, working from home, and such, but all the kids are using phones and tablets these days. And the adults will soon follow. Everyone has a phone, and more and more people want to use them while they're out and about--like attending an event. Some competitors have already implemented location services to automatically check-in members when they arrive. I have an app that does just that for jobsite check-in; it records when someone arrives, when they leave, and then it tracks their billing based on how long they've been on-site. [It also allows you to change the radius in feet--yes, your phone's GPS is THAT accurate--of the location that trips the service, how long you have to be in an area before it trips (like if you're just passing through,) and if you wish to change any of the details (like not billing for a free consultation, social visit, etc.)]
Anyhow, membership check-in is a no-brainer. People may not search for it as a feature when they're first shopping around, but they want it, especially once they're used it. It's one of those "I didn't know what I was missing" features, like back-up cameras on a big SUV or truck; once you've used it, you'll feel blind on a vehicle that doesn't have it.
