More robust donor/prospect management features.
We are interested in growing our major donor support, and are looking to incorporate "moves management" as part of this process - in other words, a way to track how we reach out to or communicate with donors, and what our next steps should be to court them.
In other databases, there is the ability to rank donors and prospective donors into tiers based on giving potential and their close relationship with the organization, and then setting up a system of "moves" for designated persons to continue developing those relationships. So we'd have coffee with the Exec Director or a hike with the Science Program Manager, or a check in from the Development Director, etc. That's what "Moves Management" means.
I don't see this ability build into Wild Apricot, or any way to cobble together something like this using existing features.
Could you please elaborate what you mean here? Your idea is too vague at the moment
