...but the field instructions are too short for most waivers. And these come from lawyers so we cant shorten them. This is a baffling and frustrating omission on the registration form functionality. At the very least allow for a block of text to be inserted in the form so you can put the text in and the n have a multiple choice.

A workaround could be to add a required multiple choice field on the registration form "I accept the terms below" with only one checkbox "Yes" and then put a brief waiver in the field instructions.
