SDVG Needs
Please clear the way for people to register for events on any browser. We constantly have issues with people not being able to sign up for events due to their cash or cookies. This is an extreme hassle and our members should not be bothered with it. Also, we would like to see more email templates and a higher email delivery rate. We would like to more customize our emails so so have started using MailChimp because your templates are not sufficient. If there could also be a way to keep better track of how many people register for an…

Event Loading and Bundle Membership Flexibility
Easier ways to load bulk members into an event. Also, user defined way to bundle memberships, so that if it is 3 people in a bundle, then it costs Xx3 where 4 people cost Xx4 and 5 costs Xx5 etc.

Multiple
1) Allow customized data fields for different types of Contacts (create Contact Types, similar to Membership Levels, and then you can create Contact Fields specific to different Contact Types)
2) Mobile app should be able to be used "view only" by more than just administrators
3) You should be able to email, phone & text directly from the Mobile app
4) You should be able to disable automated emails for membership level changes

Scale-able
Make it scale-able so that the site will conform to any visitor's monitor. Then I am not limited to certain column sizes.

Photo Management Improvements
I wish members could include a photo in a blog or forum post.
I wish uploaded photos would replace a previous version even if it has the same name instead of ignoring the request, forcing me to rename the photo (even if it’s been deleted!).
I wish the file photos would always be visible (or offer that option) vs. sometimes only showing the name. For instance, when creating a template, clicking on “Background Image>Files” brings up a list of names with no way to look at the actual photos.
I wish I could move a photo to a new file…

Notes field in events - stop gap for wait list functionality
It would be really great to have a Notes field in each event that Admins could use for adding names on a wait list or just notes about the event as we create it. I know you are working on a wait list function but this would be a great stop gap.

meeting attendance
Perhaps a way to do this already exists, if so please let me know. Our members can only vote at annual elections if they've attended at least 2 of the meetings in the past 12 months. Is there a way to add a meeting attendance feature so that when the vote comes around we can pull up members that would be eligible for this vote?

Recurring Payment Add-on
My company is not big enough for the Community payment plan and do not need any of the additional features other than the ability to have recurring payments. It would be nice if this was an add-on capability between Group and Community memberships.

I take care of our web page using Safari or Firefox with a Mac. I find the web creation software not particularly easy to use.

Auto invoice for membership levels where recurring payments in enabled
Currently, wild apricot doesn't automatically create invoices that send with membership renewal notices when recurring payments are enabled for that membership level. That feature doesn't work for my members who don't use recurring payments and pay with check instead.

Is there any chance you would consider changing your primary term Guest to Attendee?
An “Attendee”, in the conference industry (and most any industry), is considered the primary person attending or signing up for an event whether it be an in-person or on-line.
“Guest” is referred as someone they are bringing to the event such as a wife, child or just friend or used when attending a party.
As an example;
Our 2016 Annual Conference
Attendee (primary member): $875
Guest (wife, child, friend); $350
Then you have different events they can attend within the event;

Attendee Golf: $125

New features
Add a simple contact form gadget that could send form results to any email address.
Add 301 redirects.
