Thanks for sharing. What you can do now in Wild Apricot, is to create a separate content page where describe all your current membership levels and their benefits (manually). For each level description, you can add a link to apply for it. Each link will go to a separate page where you place Membership application gadget with a single level allowed to apply to. All these separate application pages are hidden from menu (visitors do not see it). From visitors point of view this is more or less the same UX.

Currently, there is no such mechanism, thank for adding your idea to the wishlist. We'll be collecting votes and comments from others.

I realized that I'm not sure what the problem is here. We have attendance report that can be printed from inside the event page. What is the problem here? I'm considering closing it.

Thank you very much, Denis, I appreciate your time to explain your situation. For now, it will be in our wishlist backlog to collect other customers comments and understand importance of it.

I'm not sure I understand the setup. Do your members pay monthly for several months (while the season is high) and then they just pause for the rest of time and then continue paying next year?
Is it really common to do so? Why not taking some "annual" fee to be part of the club?
Just curious to understand a wider situation in the Sport world.

How would you define a duplicate contact? What are criteria to recognize duplicates?

Not possible, you're right. We were considering doing that as a part of basic "Merge" feature but separated it for future updates. Thanks for bringing it up, I've added this into product backlog - but no promises for the release date.

I can see a number of supporters here, but I'm not sure how is it different from creating a nice form to fill in in Word (for example) and sending it manually to your members? Or, do you want to just automate this process? If so, how do you envision it to be done - like you click some button and then the system generates a PDF that you print and can put into an envelope?

I believe the best way to address this is to have Address as a special type of field which gives a set of fields to fill in. Admin then can have many addresses (like Home, Work, etc.) for contacts and the system will know how to handle this kind of field – including convenient data entry with converting ZIP into City, etc.
I renamed the idea to have Address in titleAn error occurred while saving the comment

Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, this is not easy to do - wildapricot.com and WA as a cloud software for clients are 2 very different systems, we cannot copy/paste code between them.

Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.

What is the main reason to use Eventbrite? Printing tickets, or anything else? I would rather focus on improving built-in event management functionality...

Can you elaborate you scenario? Like who is doing this and why do you need to have bulk import instead of simple editing records one by one? You comments will help with analysis and design (when it comes to this point)

Looks like you are speaking about another scenario: initial request was about bulk update of already registered attendees (so admin doesn't go one by one), while you speak about importing past event details. Do you think these are similar cases?

Actually, there is a workaround, but it's not easy - you can use API to import attendees. Specifically, this API call - http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/EventRegistrations+API+V2+call#EventRegistrationsAPIV2call-Creatinganeweventregistration
Unfortunately, you will have to create events manually before using the API to add registrants, as our API does not allow to create new events yet (see wishlist thread http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827954-add-extended-event-api-add-events-edit-details if you want to boost it)

Hi Laura, welcome! Everything in Wishlist forum is not developed yet. So, bulk import is still waiting. All our actual nearest plans (Roadmap) are here - http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap
Randall, thanks for sharing. That's a lot of comments and looking into our internal priorities we won't be fixing this particular request soon enough. We're going to focus on top requested items in the wishlist and while addressing them, we will be also simplifying event setup and registration process.
I will still leave this comment here in the wishlist as it shows in details important issues we can solve in order to improve our even management module.
