Why do you want to add multiple events per week? Are they repeating (recurring) events? we have a dedicated thread on that and currently in process of analysis and design for that (though first steps would be simple) - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825581-recurring-events-2528

No, you're not missing anything, no way you can automate this now.

Field name is used to match Excel column during import. But I see your point. Let me keep it here for now to see if there are similar complain about this. Our current thinking is more about re-evaluating the whole concept of field management, somehow centralize customization of different forms (events, membership, etc.).

The Excel file is just an example of API usage and anyone is free to take it and change in a way you want it to be.

I got you point, it's just takes time to rewrite it for Mac too. If we can do something about it, I will let you know.
But in general, the Excel file is just an example of API usage and anyone is free to take it and change in a way you want it to be.

Do mean information that is shared among all bundle members? So, if you update it once, it's updated everywhere, right?

How do you see it done in this case? Can you visualize a little bit? How frequently you need this kind of information - form time to time, every day, every hour?

You can try and use this advanced search criteria "Email delivery" with option "Is" and "Recent email delivery failed". Combining together with another criteria for subscription, it can give you what you want.

Do people in your organization want to renew for more than a year right away, without any discount? Why? If you suggest discount for many years, you should create special level for that, with different price (like the example with 'lifetime' - this should be a different level in terms of WA)

But there also should be an option to add existing contact, right (kind of as it works now)?

The round up thing does not apply for everyone. So we're speaking about some new settings, this has to be designed, developed and tested, before we can release it for ~10000 different organization that are currently using Wild Apricot. It takes time and planning and we have none now as we're preparing for 5.0 release.

Thanks, it's clear now. But I can say this is not something we are going to work on in the nearest future, sorry.
Anyways, I would love to hear comments from others about this kind of setup - is it a common scenario?

You can just add them into event description, but it looks like that is not enough for you. Can you please give more details and examples?

That makes sense, but I have no feeling if this is a common request or very specific one. I would like to hear comments from other on that.

I understand, but we simply cannot immediately change it. For now, I do not see a lot of requests related to this specific problem comparing to other things, so I cannot push this over higher priority items currently in our development roadmap.

I might misunderstood you - it looks like in your scenario you need to 'unlink' event registration from old contact and 'link' it to another one, which is not possible now. What you need to do is to register new person manually and delete old registration.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
The reason is that when you update event registration details, contact details are not updated - there are considered as two different "forms". I agree, that this is very unclear design choice and we have a dedicated discussion on that - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825800-event-registration-form-to-update-contact-profile

Using saved searches in event announcements is something we are going to release next year (after 5.0 release).
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
For now, I would suggest you a workaround:
* Perform contact search for "Registered for specific event(s) - "None of selected" - <your event> and save the search
* Initiate email blast from the event, delete recipients and add this saved search thereThis way you'll be able to use even macro.
I will keep this thread here to collect more comments on that. I do no expect that we change something here soon, but I understand your problem.
Makes total sense, I'll make a note of that in our product queue.
