The problem is that the way directory is implemented does not allow search crawlers to index it and thus to make it available in search engines. This is in our radar but we have no exact dates when it's going to be implemented.

We are somewhat 3, but we do not log everything, just some updates - mostly finances. we're not afraid to share data, we just dont have one to share. To properly implement this request, we will have to do proper logging.
For Organization details - no, no way to see who did the change.
I'll keep this request here, so people can comment on it and eventually it will get into our development roadmap.

What kind of documents do you mean? Web pages or something else?
If these are webpages, then each web page has History of changes list and it shows what was changing this page, when and even showing you how it was looking before.

You're right - we have been talking about for a long time but without any practical results. Too many other thing we focused on.
I think that it is not enough to just know who deleted something and when but also there should be a way restore this information somehow. Or you think it's enough to start from just logging admins activity and do not focus on restoring?

Doug - thank for the comment (and we actually captured it twice, as our support team added your earlier note into internal notes for this particular wishlist item). The problem with software development is there are no really 5 mins changes - everything requires very thorough testing in various environments before it can go live. This is why we have to prioritize various requests and currently we're mostly focusing on top-voted features. It does not mean that this particular thing won't be resolved at all, it's just that it has slightly less priority in overall list.
VetteGyrl - can you please explain why is it a deal breaker when it comes to renew membership?
Not sure about emails - you can create emails using your email provider and add them into contacts database.
What is the flyer for? What does the visitor use it for?
Hi, thanks for the idea. I'm not sure I understand your idea in full. For example, when you list your sponsors in the event details, you can also add there links to their profile - if a sponsor is a member. Would it solve your problem? Or do you have something else in mind?

Thanks for the feedback. Do you mean that you need some screen (like a dashboard), where you can see a quick overview of upcoming events with basic statistics?
You do this, just not as an attachment but a link to a file to download. Is it a big difference in your case?

Let me play a little devil's advocate role here. Sending actual documents in emails can be very limiting. For example, mail servers have limits on size of a file in email and one can never guess what the limit is (can be 5 Mb, can be even 1 Mb). What is the issues with sending links in the email, so when a person clicks on a link, the document starts downloading?
I would also recommend looking to Google Documents for collaborative editing. This is great service. Or, alternatively, Microsoft Office 365 - same idea.

Tracy, I have merged your suggestion to another existing and similar one. Currently, there is no way to force people to pay for membership during event registration - this is something they have to do themselves.
Albert, for email validation - can you please open and vote here:
It does work for new members, but there is nothing for existing one, to encourage them to renew their membership.
But I think that even what we have now is not the best approach to follow - it's too complicated for site visitors. We will have to rethink the overall approach to this problem as soon as we get to analysis here, so keep posting.
Interesting... Actually, event registration process already encourage people to apply for membership. If an event has registration type that is available for members only, then when a user enters his email and presented with the list of available registration options, there will special blue box at the top saying "Note: some registration types are only available for members." and button [Apply for membership]. If the user clicks the button, he can apply for membership and in the end of it he will be suggested to proceed with event registration. If he does that, then in the end he will be able to pay together for membership and event invoices.
Why does not it work for you?
Latest release 4.3 has a change in event registration workflow - if email is connected to member and it has lapsed status, then system clearly suggests to renewal his membership (gives a button). Does it help?
Randall, thanks for sharing. That's a lot of comments and looking into our internal priorities we won't be fixing this particular request soon enough. We're going to focus on top requested items in the wishlist and while addressing them, we will be also simplifying event setup and registration process.
I will still leave this comment here in the wishlist as it shows in details important issues we can solve in order to improve our even management module.
Thanks for sharing. What you can do now in Wild Apricot, is to create a separate content page where describe all your current membership levels and their benefits (manually). For each level description, you can add a link to apply for it. Each link will go to a separate page where you place Membership application gadget with a single level allowed to apply to. All these separate application pages are hidden from menu (visitors do not see it). From visitors point of view this is more or less the same UX.
Currently, there is no such mechanism, thank for adding your idea to the wishlist. We'll be collecting votes and comments from others.
This is a very good point and I'm not sure why this is not a popular requests.
What about "Upcoming events" gadget? Why does not it work for you?
I realized that I'm not sure what the problem is here. We have attendance report that can be printed from inside the event page. What is the problem here? I'm considering closing it.
