There is a big difference between "members" and "memberships". We need the Summary page to give us the statistics for "memberships". We rely on the numbers of total, current, late memberships for budgetary planning. About half of our membership levels allow bundled memberships. So when our board sees the number of "members" as shown on the Summary, they assume that is the number of paid "memberships" we have. Very misleading. It requires manual mathematical calculations to determine the number of paid "memberships".

I am stunned that this has been an issue and a request going back to 2015. Now, five years later there is no movement?? This is a real problem for us. Please, please make this a priority. We have 3 member levels with monthly recurring payments, and that is working very well. But we have 7 member levels with annual payments - we need to give members in those levels the option to choose whether they want to have recurring payments. Otherwise we are looking at creating an additional 7 new member levels. How confusing will that be for people?

This is very important! We want to encourage our members to change to a higher priced member level, particularly to a monthly sustaining membership level, and it is critical that should be a very easy change for them to make.
They are made aware of their membership level only when they get our renewal reminder notices. And then - you have made that an impossible time period for them to make the change. That is so counter-intuitive! You are making your software functionality drive and limit the "user experience"!
Please allow the "user experience" to drive your software functionality!
Because of this limitation, we are required to post this statement on our website regarding changing member level: "You may change your membership level at any time, other than during the membership renewal time for annual renewing memberships, which is the period that reminder emails are sent to you regarding membership renewal, a period of about three weeks before and after your membership anniversary date."
Now, how can that message encourage members to change their member level??
Please, please revise this process to make the "user experience" optimal! And to enhance your clients' ability to increase member level changes to a higher dues amount.

We have 3 donation categories. They get recorded correctly in our organization database, but when they reach our bank account via AffiniPay they are all simply recorded as "donation". One of our donation categories is for restricted use that cannot be mingled with other donations in our financials. So we must research every single donation and make a manual adjustment in our financial records. This is very important to fix! Thank you Arthur Caldicott for explaining the problem and the solution.
