An error occurred while saving the comment Leon Webster commentedWe would like a good way to share meeting minutes & agendas with our membership. Our board members do not have much technical knowledge, and ideally we would like them to be able to place a document in a directory and then have it appear in a list of links for pdf files.

An error occurred while saving the comment Leon Webster commentedWe would like to use a gadget like this to share the minutes of our board meetings with our membership. Ideally, the secretary would move the minutes to a directory, and they would automatically show up in the list of minutes. Even better if the documents could be searchable so that we can easily find what previous minutes have said about issues.

An error occurred while saving the comment Leon Webster commentedI would like the ability to customize a gadget, name it, and then reuse the gadget across multiple pages. For example, have some custom HTML code that gets used on multiple pages. While we can cut and paste the code from one page to another, this is a maintenance headache. It would be nice to be able to change that code in one place and have the change propagate across all the places where it is used.

We have some legacy text fields that we would like to change so that they use a drop-down. For example, we have a "state" field that is currently simple text. We would like to change this to a drop down list of 2 character state codes, but don't want to eliminate data that our members have already entered. It would also work if we could simply import data from existing fields.
