An error occurred while saving the comment Membership commentedThis topic is important to our group as well. When the invoice is deleted there is no evidence of the unpaid bills on the individual's account. We would also like to remove the 'bad debt' from the aging receivables but keep track of potential chronic 'non-payers'. Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Membership commented"For event registrations (can be changed for each event)"
We would like a multiple option as well. It is good that the payment instructions can be changed for each event but we often run multiple events at ONE time (ex: 1-conference 2-banquet 3-golf outing 4-trade competition).
We also have two organizations working together on some events. Invoices often need to reflect the name of one organization OR the other depending on who is collecting payment.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Concurrent membership is not something easy to implement - it would require fundamental redesign of how membership works in WA. However, I have couple of thoughts here that I wanted to hear your feedback on.
As I understand, there are 2 sides of the problem:
1. Collecting additional dues for services. E.g. Member is associate and board member, so you need to collect both dues.
- This can be addressed using our extra fields functionality. Maybe it's a bit clunky, but it should work. E.g. setup associate member as primary membership and add extra charge checkbox for being a board member.
- You can easily filter down any members you need with advances search by that extra field.
2. Setting correct permissions on website pages - here there's no workaround we could suggest, but adding permissions based on saved searches seems to feasable option.
Am I missing something? Will the…

(they would register all their members as "guests"). the individuals must have approval from the presidents to take part in the event and the presidents are responsible for payment.
a second level of membership OR a way to limit access to an event registration is what i was searching for.
i have had to create a chapter president member level - then created the event with access for that group only. now i must change the membership status of all the presidents and then when the event is over i will need to go back in and reset all their member levels to what they were before (and in accordance with our by-laws/rules etc).
an additional level or perhaps some kind of designation allowing registration access would be the answer for the recurring event (yearly).
An error occurred while saving the comment Membership commentedBecause you can create events that are accessible ONLY to certain membership types we would like to allow certain members (Chapter Presidents) to have a second membership level.
These chapter presidents will register individuals (that have/need chapter approval) for a certain event.
This would be SO useful.
We like this idea. The data would be quite helpful toward decision making regarding interest levels, rate of emailing and type of emails. Please do consider this option.
