An error occurred while saving the comment Roger Brooks commentedAs many have commented here, a separate admin role for finances is essential. Keeping these privileges separate form others is far more important than the existing distinctions for event, membership and news management! Unfortunately, this request only has to do with *granting access to financial functions. I exhort all who have posted her to support the more critical proposal to *restrict* these privileges;

Furthermore, it should be easy to implement, as the desired (user-facing) content already exists on the user profile page tab "Invoices and payments".
For the benefit of members who seldom (if ever) log in, and for contacts who have no login, it is essential to be able to mail statements (corresponding to the contents of the "Invoices and payments" tab on the user's profile page).
When I get a bill from a commercial establishment, it usually itemizes all open debits and credits and invites me to pay the net balance due. I have managed to add the net balance due to our invoice template, but being limited to sending single invoices results in more work for both members and administrators.Roger Brooks supported this idea · -
