An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Weiss commentedWe're an organization for families with young children (under 5). We're using the bundles for our family memberships so that two parents are under the same membership, but I can not figure out a work around for one person in the bundle registering the entire family for an event (almost all of our events are attended by the children). Ideally what I want is the ability to identify how many of the attendees are adults vs children when one of the adults is registering for the entire family. We don't charge for our events so we can't do it through pricing. I don't want to set up a special field for every single event. I had thought we could use a common field as a work around, but then that adds it to the profile which we also don't want. I want the same functionality that Evite has: Number of Adults attending = X, Number of Children attending = Y

I merged another very similar thread into this one, they should be solved together – the registration to multiple events should be simple and fast if possible. There are a number of suggestions in comments on how to achieve this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Weiss commentedThis is ideal for us! We host events at many of the same locations. Being able to choose the location from a list or choose to add a new location would make entering events so much faster for our admins.

Can be done together with showing a map – http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826061-show-event-map-or-add-address-as-a-link-to-map
An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Weiss commentedWe would really like this feature! A lot of events are held at local parks or in members' homes and trying to keep the location easy to read is difficult when it all runs together.
Jane & John Doe's House, 123 Main St, Anytown
vs
Jane & John Doe's House
123 Main St
AnytownAlso, having the locations we enter be saved so that we can choose from a prefilled list or create a new location would be ideal since we also repeat locations.

Since I've been trying to work around this, I'd like to clarify my earlier comment. With multiple registrations and setting up registration types as adult/child I can get the info on the admin side. But we are a member-run organization so it is important for our members to see that there are 6 adults and 8 children rsvp'd.
