Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedIn addition to scheduling events by date as opposed to number of days, it would be very helpful to schedule the time the announcement goes out. At the moment, the event notices will only go out at the time of the event, which for us means our event notices go out at breakfast, lunch or dinner time (really not the optimal times for selling emails).

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThis is a great idea when working on conferences or big events. It would simplify a number of processes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThis is a great idea and we'd love to have an opportunity to add customised macros to our event registrations as well. We operate across multiple currencies and we'd like to be able to include a customised macros that includes the pricing in both currencies.

Hi WA,
We also run a number of evening events and have just brought on another client who will run lots of them. Whilst I appreciate you can't necessarily schedule to send at a specific time (although I think we all understand that the emails go in a queue and take a few hours to send), the option to send in the morning or afternoon at least would be great. Sending an announcement at 7:30pm and having it take several hours to go out really limits our registrations on those events because they are business related so we find we have to diarise to send the events on the best schedule. Across our firm we can be running 15 events a month and not using the scheduling process means we're using productive time less productively.
Thanks
Liz
