  1. Why do you support the NRA?

    Why do you still choose to offer discounts through the NRA, via membership? It seems that in light of the current environment here in the U.S. you would not want to be associated with such a hate group. Especially being a tech company. This support does not seem to fit the vast majority of you client's opinions.

  2. Seeing renewals

    When members are renewing, we are not seeing it in our summary. So, we are missing sending them the manual email to them. What is the best way to see the renewals?

  3. updated for Membership cards - Admin level

    On the Member Cards:
    1 - Allow templates to be customized (I want to get our logo and the member image in there - just not in the same box)
    2 - Allow me to place an image as a water mark behind all other text\images
    3 - allow admins to view/print all members contact cards to hand out at meetings

    Thank you for sharing and sorry to hear this. We will suggest small account for $25 for small organizations (up to 100 contacts) starting from April 3rd and we will also suggest 2 year pre-payment option with 15% discount.

    I’ll have to close your post, thous – the Wishlist forum is for new features proposals, discussing price is not part of the forum.

  5. Ability to use Font Awesome in email template editor

    Just spent a ton of time making social media image icons for an email template when I could have done everything in about 5 minutes with Font Awesome. I don't understand why the email editor doesn't support Font Awesome when the website editor does.

  6. Billing for emails

    Since we were informed of new billing for Wild Apricot and adding new features, I have seen a lot of confusion on Facebook about increased fees for emails. Unless I am mistaken there is a correlation between the amount of members and fees, but not the amount of emails. Which is correct? I think the new owners of Wild Apricot should send a new email explaining the fees, as there are a lot of complaints circulating on social media regarding fee increases.

    We do not bill for emails, our price is very simple and limits only total number of contacts in database.

  7. increased cost

    New price point without increasing membership thresholds is a non starter for our small organization. Under the previous price structure our organization was just barely beginning to "break even" on the cost of having Wild Apricot. At least I received the notification before we've adopted our annual budget and before we'd put all our eggs in the Wild Ass Apricot basket. As a result of the restrictive price schedule combined with the new increased membership fee, migrating away from Wild Apricot is becoming a real possibility for our organization.

    I understand you frustration and very sorry to hear this, but I have to archive your feedback as the Wishlist forum is for different purpose – to post feature ideas and collect feedback on them.

  8. Bambora Canadian Payment Gateway

    The problem with Stripe is that they take 7 days to transfer payments over, and others also hold on to your funds for a few days.

    This is a considerable delay, and US based suppliers also charge extra for Canadians who hold a USD account to take USD $ Credit card payments.

    This is not ideal for Canadian clients (who are working with Canadian suppliers like Wild Apricot) whereby Bambora is Canadian based, and I believe provides a better set up for Canadians…..US based clients may also benefit as the dollar exchange rate is in their fvour working with Canadian…

    Adding a new gateway doesn’t align with our current focus for the product. Supporting each payment systems takes time and resources away from our development and support teams to provide the better, more reliable service.

  10. Pricing model that excludes content & website.

    There should be a pricing model that excludes content and website. I simply want an account that handles the memberships. This makes more sense for what I want to accomplish and it should be significantly less expensive. Please consider this.

    While I understand your position, this is not something we’re planning to do in the nearest and mid future.

  11. Events with No RSVP Needed

    I realize this may seem silly for an Event management website, but some of our Events are "open House" and we hold them every week, whether we have 2 people or 15. We don't need a Register or RSVP button on these events as they are always free. Is it possible to have "no RSVP needed" on the Simple Events options so that we can add the event to our calendar but people don't have to register?

    Miles, we do not keep suggestions with mixed ideas in them – too complicated to followup and close. I added your vote to couple existing suggestions and closing this one.

  13. Ability for a commenter in the Wishlist to edit their comments.

    I run most comments through a spell checker and even Grammarly, but new last-minute thoughts occur, a too-long comment must be edited, and even just through oversight, mistakes happen. Sometimes the results are confusing, or I think of a better or shorter way to say it. But large error or small, it's always embarrassing. And why make life hard for readers?

    The software we’re using for Wishlist – UserVoice – does not allow to edit comments to keep integrity of comments exchange. But they allow to delete one comments – so you can copy it, delete and then comment again.

  14. File classification members

    I'm new to wildapricot and I do not know wildapricot can classify the object? For example I want to divide the Member object type into different files and the members of the set may also be in the same file by intersection

    Administrator of the system can add contacts without specifying an email;
    The second part is not clear – if it is about bundles, then we have it; if this is something else, please share more.
    Also, it is hard to manage suggestions that combine many things together. Our practice shows that they do not have any impact on system development so we prefer to close them and leave only suggestions that a focused on specific idea or problem.

  18. Billing/Accounting for Members?

    What's the best way for automating billing (and hopefully accounting) for all your registered members? The stuff here doesn't do everything, do you guys export into a different program?

  20. Edit View profile and Other System Generated Links

    Is there any way to correct some of the punctuation issues related to the system links? For example, changing the "View profile" link to "View Profile"? Drives me crazy!
