Fix the time frame that WA logs you out
It drives me absolutely crazy when it logs me out after less than a minute of inactivity - I lose everything and have to start all over!

random feedback box
Having this pop up in the middle of work being done within the site is distracting and there is no way to remove this idea box without entering information here.

Different category (not a contact) for people on our maiing list.
Our membership list is 270 approx. However our mailing list is larger. The way pricing is structured with Wild Apricot means that every contact will count towards our billing plan. Eventually this will force us to look at MailChimp or SendinBlue as a standalone option for our mailers. It would be great if there was a way that people on our mailing list did not count towards our contacts. This would mean we could afford to keep everything on Wild Apricot.

I would love an easy way to access a list of archived members.

impove ideas
Events should the option to confirm without received payment. In our case, when we organize events for members they pay for all attended meetings in the en of the month, based on monthly statement. Please see joomla extension (Ossolution Team) we used before. Simple and powerful with simple customization, register options, mailing, payments, etc.
In many Clubs as our, Account is a company (who pays fees) and contact is a member. It quite surprising your system is not organized this way. For one account we can have few members. The issue is that the company can have other mailing address…

"Ideal" payment gateway for Netherlands and other European countries
The accepted online payment method in The Netherlands and other European countries is via "Ideal" (https://www.ideal.nl/en/). Implementing this payment method could open up a market for WildApricot use in these countries.

Adding a new gateway doesn’t align with our current focus for the product. Supporting each payment systems takes time and resources away from our development and support teams to provide the better, more reliable service.
