Currently, I never use the dashboard because it gives me information I am not interested in. If I could customize it, it would become an invaluable tool. Here are some of the things I'd love to see:
1) 2-column layout - I always use a monitor connected to my laptop to work on admin. In the current dashboard, the right half of the screen is wasted space.
2) Order the modules - we rarely have donations, and that's the third thing showing up. It's just something I have to spend time scrolling past. If I could order the modules, put them where I'd like to see them, then I can make the dashboard more functional and less frustrating.3) Change module settings - for example, choose tags for which events show up, choose how many events show up, set how many past donations to see.

I would love to see this too. I'm trying desperately to keep things consistent with my page URLs. It's very time consuming to have to edit a page, just to see it's path, so that I can have a similar path for the page I actually want to edit. Can this info be put in the blue dot pop-up that shows you the page template?

You can tag “HOT” items with some tag and then put several catalog gadgets on the same page.
In the top catalog gadget, you can show only items tagged with you specific tag, and in another gadget show all the rest.

Anywhere a date is used please let me format it! In emails, upcoming event gadgets, invoices, EVERYWHERE! A one-format-fits-all does not work for me.
