Overall design is lacking... today with so many great clean templates it's hard to inspire professionalism with clunky outdated looking options. Been members for a year and a half with little change. -- we integrated with WP to try to get around this and functional limitations but integration is not ideal.... you need to compete in design or make integration with other tools better.

being able to lead with images is key for an organization of artists. we would love to be able to put the images galleries above and verbage below. Indeed for an organization to be able to customize the interface would be most desirable. Seems really slow to get reponses....
