I merged another very similar thread into this one, they should be solved together – the registration to multiple events should be simple and fast if possible. There are a number of suggestions in comments on how to achieve this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tara commentedI agree that the default option should be to make the user who creates the event the Event Organizer, not the Organization Contact.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tara commentedI think a single solution could address both this idea and the classifieds idea (and many others!):
https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825566-classifieds-gadget-i-e-job-board?page=1&per_page=20Support for a generic list that allows for:
- custom fields (like the contact/member fields, and a rich-text type field like blog post content)
- configurable permissions (who can submit, who can view, and if admin-approval is needed)
- display widget with search/sort/filter functionality and configurable fieldsThis is not unlike the base functionality behind Sharepoint lists.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tara commentedThis would be a nice addition so that members don't need admin rights to create a post. I could see the need/desire to require admin approval for new posts with images that require file storage (or all posts for that matter).

Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-eventsTara supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Tara commentedYou can accomplish this with a "multiple choice with extra charge" Custom Field on the Registration Form.

I think you could customize the Registration Form by adding a "Multiple choice with extra charge" field to accomplish this.
